eLearning
I create engaging virtual business solutions that reduce training time and allow asynchronous flexibility using a variety of eLearning authoring tools, including Genially and Lectora.
The current training materials were text-heavy and delivered in a passive format. This led to additional training support required, a high stress hands-on training environment, and low New Hire retention rate.
To address these challenges, we developed an interactive eLearning module using Camtasia for training videos and Audacity for audio narration. The program incorporates real-life scenarios, set in the context of the exam room, so clinical assistants experience the cadence of the appointment while learning the protocol. The training provides two routes depending on the assistant’s certification level. In the final application, assistants must navigate the steps of a bonding and bracketing appointment without assistance.
