I'm a knowledge enthusiast with over 10 years of success in identifying learning needs, developing experiential spaces, and assessing achievement.

 

I started out in K-12 education because I love hands-on learning experiences, such as theater, crafts, music, and cooperative games. During the 2020 shift to remote learning, I became adept at increasing engagement and student voice through virtual learning experiences.  This success led me into the world of Instructional Design!

 

As an ID, I use ADDIE and Merrill's design principles to create engaging, learner-centered experiences. Together, let's celebrate lifelong learning journeys and finding the right word!
